Cornerstone Villa’s staff provides short- or long-term skilled nursing care for those who need a high level of medical care, such as wound care, medication management and monitoring, insulin injections and sliding scale insulin, medical monitoring and treatments.

Transitional Care

Typically, people who need transitional care are working to overcome a health setback, such as illness from a chronic disease; surgery, a joint replacement, or an injury. We help you recover in a comfortable, warm and compassionate environment.

Cornerstone Villa provides transitional care as a bridge between the hospital and home and our goal is to get you home as soon as possible so you can get back to your life and the activities you love. The average stay is 3-4 weeks.

Onsite Therapy and Rehab

Whether your stay with us is short- or long-term, our onsite therapists are accessible to anyone staying at Cornerstone Villa six days/week.  We offer the following therapy services:

• Speech therapy
