Deb Doughty has been the Administrator at Cornerstone Villa since the facility opened in 2004. Deb has 26 years of experience in the senior healthcare industry. She also brings a unique perspective to the care and protection of residents residing at Cornerstone Villa, as both of her parents have resided in a skilled nursing facility – one of which is currently residing at Cornerstone Villa. She knows firsthand how important it is to deliver kind, compassionate, and competent care. She also knows how difficult the decision is to entrust others with the care and safety of someone you love. Deb not only has the working experience but she has the life experience.

Rina Edstrom has worked in the senior care industry since she was in high school. She has worked her way through the ranks by starting her career as a nursing assistant to her current position of Director of Social Services. The combination of her floor work, academic training, and experience give her the tools to assist families and residents with all of their needs in a very kind and compassionate manner. As a resident advocate, Rina assists both families and residents with all of their social and financial needs and decision making.
